My feelgood factor tempered by thinking I'd rather today had been a league fixture and had banked three points. Maybe the performance and optimism from today means we can be confident of beating them when they rack up again.

Utd is out. One of Spurs or Brighton will be out, they play each other. Norwich just knocked Wolves out. Southampton is going to extra time with Coventry. Arsenal, Villa, Leeds are out.

He was my man of the match. When he's good, he's very good. We don't see it enough is the problem . . . plus when he's bad, he's turbo gash.
If Lampard can get him performing well consistently it will be a HUGE bonus.
