He stupidly thought “Ah small town Brighton, under the lights. We’ve never practiced pressing, and when we tried it at Spurs that time we got massacred. And no Onana. But tonight’s the night. Back to a back 4. Full walking press for the first 15 minutes see if these fannie’s can cope with us.”

Managers who realise we are utter crap get the most points. Carlo got more points playing with 4 centre backs. As it happens the negative dirge we got from FSW produced more points per game than this “progressive” style. Joke.

lol

Only thing is there are some others that are playing poor atm, but we really are the worst. I didn’t expect to see West Ham and Leicester down there, it certainly isn’t to late and if we got the right man In I reckon he could get a lot of these players playing much better.
It'll take some doing to get them wandering around with with rusty kitchen utensils for legs and showing worse.

Football covid has hit and it's stolen their first touch. And any running speed. And any quick thought. And and and...

Agents phone ringing red hot tonight, I'm an Everton celebrity get me out of here...

it can but why did it saturday and not tonight?
Some may well disagree but I think the tactical switch hurt us tonight. The intelligent decision would have been stick with the 5 at the back IMO, and that's on the manager. The players didn't have the quality to deliver with the tactical switch, the desire to win balls and create more chances for us, or the bottle to stay in the game second half, and they must take responsibility too.

These lot are absolutely shocking. I've got people messaging me to check on my welfare ?‍? Just stick to 5-4-1 and be done with it. We can't play any other way. They won't sack him before the transfer window is over
