Lampard was so naive tonight,should have stuck with 5 at the back but was probably worried about fans reaction to doing that at home. His position is untenable now, where do we go from here? Probably down unless we act now.

Brighton buy these guys as kids and coach/play them into the players they are.

Whether we have the coaches to do that is questionable, but one look at threads like Patterson’s and Mykolenkos etc will show you the fans don’t have the patience to allow the club or the players to develop in the team without writing them off as being useless when they make mistakes (like tonight).

That figure is well wrong,we have played 140 years in the top flight,that would mean less than 5 defeats a season, we have nearly lost 500 in the Premier league since 1992

Watched alot of everton games and is just a massive low tonight having realised how bad this club is. Just have no faith of this club getting anywhere, have a outdated board who ahould be out of the club. This team has no fixed style of play i have no idea what style lampard is going for was totally outplayed tonight.

Brighton were very good. They brought a big crowd a long way to see this. To be fair they hardly took the pliss out of us as they might have done. Probably they were as shocked by Everton's second half collapse as we were.

Both, again, to me, look poor signings. Not what we needed at the time or at the current time. We have a habit of this. It’s gone on for too long.
