I just want a result and a performance that lets us go into the next game confident, on the front foot and knowing we can win.

Keanes improved massively on last season but I still would play Mina and Zouma and build their partnership up.

We were forced to change the Zouma/Keane partnership against Chelsea due to Zouma unable to play. Fortunately it worked well. Pretty pointless and risky to change again. Risky in the sense that we must be favourites to win against Cardiff so why put that in jeopardy. These are the types of games we must win and not gamble with. If Zouma does come in then it should be at the expense of Mina. As people have already stated it would be perfectly well for the Zouma/Mina partnership to be tested only if we have a good lead with 20 mins or so left. We are not in a position yet were we are deemed good enough to make gambles against lesser teams as it will more than likely end in tears. Probably make more sense to experiment against the big teams that we are not expected to win.

Any win will do me, keep the confidence up before the scum next week, as soon as it's over tomorrow my mind is on next Sunday, I can't wait:celebrate:

Camarasa has looked good every time I've seen him, he's definitely a level above the rest of them and that Paterson is the type of yard dog that usually manages to slot past us. Cardiff's away support puts Swansea's to shame to be fair to them too.

Hmm

His only weakness? Not sure I agree with that. His passing is awful. Those two he put into touch at Chelsea were awful and gave possession back to them so unnecessarily.
True, he's sprayed more than a few shockers this season.
His skill has not matched his reading and vision at times.
But he's getting more consistent and some of his passing have been high quality.
Reckon he's on the move from average to decent to good.

I’m over for the game and I won’t be getting restless
Cardiff will sit back and be thrilled with a point
It could be like Palace all over again but they won’t offer an attacking threat
Patience is key for the team and the fans
We need a bit of Bernard magic to unlock these
I can see numerous freekicks in and around the box
Enjoy the game @Brisan123

Bring the points home mo chairde!

It hasn't been like that recently, we didn't score until late against Palace and Goodison didn't become restless at all. I do agree though that if we score early then it will be 3 or 4.
I feel like that's because of the personnel we have. We've been limited often and if we don't score often too many times we've seen nothing. I'm genuinely made up with these lads tho, I have confidence they'd score eventually.
