I agree Michael.

Mourinho will have seen how we are playing and will defo look to hit us on the break.

We just need to break them down which is really our sodding problem!

One day a team is going to get an absolute hiding from us. Maybe today?

In March 1971 I was at Goodison watching a 0-0 derby and we dominated.

Alan Ball said later 'We played them off the park and one day we're going to turn our superiority into goals.'

Everything went downhill from there.

Hope I'm not tempting fate, there. That was then and this is now.

If we get our arses kicked by Chelsea today then should come under a lot of pressure... points dropped in three consecutive games against much inferior opposition, then an ass-whooping by the Chelsea.

Must win game.

A win would obviously be fantastic but it´s unlikely against a Mourinho led Chelsea. Draw for me, which would be boring but by no means a catastrophe. We won´t be competing for fourth this season but we won´t be at the wrong end of the table either. It´s a learning curve for the club at the moment.

Greg O'Keefe refers to Goodison as the bear pit. We need to get it like that tonight. The article basically says when Goodison is fierce, it's very hard for a team to get a result. This is how it needs to be tonight
