Sorry to hear about the cancellation for you lad, travelling to the game and everything. Worked out for me though as the landline and internet went down last night, only got fixed an hour ago. Had some telco guy take an hour to find out that it was the tranferring which i told him it was in the first place.

Just got through to the park end after asking two coppers if it's called off, both said no. Then about to go in and i was told it's off. Great!

Looking at it positively, this means we have extra rest for sunday, our strikers will be back for the rearranged game, the weather suited them.

So happy days in a weird roundabout way

Didn't clock on that Osman and Naismith were both starting. Surely he wanted to rest the likes of Mirallas for the cup game? he would have brought them on vs palace if needed.

I hope we are playing it towards the end of the season. If we can get a run going and still in the mix with a few games left and a game in hand it could be interesting.

Following last night's postponement of the Everton v Crystal Palace fixture, Everton officials have now discussed the situation with the Premier League.

Both parties have agreed that a decision on a new date will be made in the early part of next week.

Supporters will be informed of the rescheduled game through the usual Club media channels.
