Thought Kevin for Kone as well should of happened but Kone kept trying and maybe was best way to try and win. Played well for me against a well organised team

...interesting the difference in Cleverley and McCarthy. The later played a lot further up the pitch and was tidy with the ball but I suppose there were times when they had runners at our back four.

I agree. There is a lot to like about this season's Everton. I'm disappointed but not disconsolate. I reckon we can really do something with the remaining 23(!!!) games. But, we must stop giving away free goals from corners.

Not good enough for me. With as many set pieces we win, it is criminal how poor we are at them. I don't care how badly you prefer to score from open play, you damned well better practice what should be one of our strengths.
