Whatever about the reception for the team bus arriving at a home game (??????? still undecided) I absolutely abhor letting off fireworks outside a visiting team's hotel. We have to be better than that. Do these idiots think the referees are unaware??

Idiots - probably reinforced the likelihood of ridiculous decisions against us.

Shouldn’t play a thought process on the referee. The fans actions shouldn’t full stop, unless it’s something which absolutely has to stop a game.

But look at the official Brentford Twitter, Toney’s, Janssons and the rest. They loved it. They thrived.

And despite the fact 99.999999% of the fan base don’t want it, you’ll still get a handful going down.

How low have we fallen from playing friendly football with the Rotterdam police in 85 in the city centre. These idiots are giving us a reputation that is diametrically opposite to the great reputation we had internationally.

If anyone know of some scrote doing this - have a Scouse word. We are in enough trouble without this kind of horrible reputation being built - which will be sucked up by the media.

Everton FC is not rs and as you say the vast majority of our fans are deeply offended by the actions of these few clowns. You are also correct in that it will have the opposite effect on the opposition - "whichever way we play it we play it fair and square".

Don't have a problem at all with lining the road to welcome the team but the fireworks are so cringe.
