I think DCL will start. Think dyche will risk him especially with doucoure out. Might as well play him if he’s trained as he’s as likely to break down next week as in a game.

Pickford
Godfrey Keane tarkowski mykolenko
Gray Onana gueye Iwobi McNeill
DCL

If DCL doesn’t start then I think garner starts and gray plays up top.

Just a win by any means necessary. The Brentford game was a killer and think this is Going to be another excruciating watch.
I did not see the relationship between Duke being out so might as well play DCL … totally different roles

You could argue we’ve been playing without a proper striker for a while so someone would always have to drop to the bench if DCL comes back. You could argue DCL is a more sensible swap for Doucs. Then Gray just moves out wide and Iwobi drops into the middle more to cover Doucs.

Makes the most sense to me, Davis is a terrible replacement for Doucs and Garner has been out ages and is unproven. Personally I think we could really miss Doucs smashing everything up and getting into a fight on 60mins.

2-0 win for us. This is the most confident out of all our remaining fixtures. They are massively off the boil since Mitro suspension.

Win the midfield battle and we will be sound.

Think this will a scrappy but hard-fought game.

Both iwobi and mcneil have been important to the system we play. Can say about the attacking side but defensively both have been good. And do alot of work for the team, i have been dissapointed with the final ball from iwobi but his workrate has been good
I couldn’t agree with that about Iwobi going good defensive work, he does miles of running back but stops just before it’s time to put a tackle in, bluff merchant, McNeil improved tremendously under Dyche, only thing he lacks is pace.

Overall Iwobi does quite a few good things but just as many, or more, cock ups.

If we don't beat a Fulham side without their best striker and on a run of 5 defeats on the bounce, then we are still one of the three worst sides in the league and deserve to go down.

I always felt uneasy about the Villa game cos they were clearly very decent, but I am having a strange surge of optimism about this one. Or maybe I just put too much coffee in the caffetiere just now.

9-1.

Will a triple hat trick from substitute DCL silence his critics'? Or will the talk be all about his clothing?

I've seen us win the league four times and I've seen us win a European trophy. I also saw us at Wembley five times in the 1980s alone and I have seen us play there several times since then.

Of all the big Everton games I've been to this is the biggest.

Win it and we have a really great chance of salvation and of rescuing our future and our stadium project.

Let's hope the Goodison atmosphere is suitably inspiring.
