I've seen us win the league four times and I've seen us win a European trophy. I also saw us at Wembley five times in the 1980s alone and I have seen us play there several times since then.

Of all the big Everton games I've been to this is the biggest.

Win it and we have a really great chance of salvation and of rescuing our future and our stadium project.

Let's hope the Goodison atmosphere is suitably inspiring.

I am with you, but this game still frightens me.

Hyperbole at its finest this .

I think the Fans, the Players and the Management all understand the gravity of this game. It is not do or die, if we lose we dont get relegated but a win would give us a path to safety and a future in the prem and at BMD.
It is an important game to get some sort of result in.
Everton 2- 1 Fulham

Agreed. It does feel like a sliding doors moment, and I hope that even if it starts badly (possible with a skillful side like Fulham) the fans replicate the Palace game last May and Fulham can be worn down by a combination of noise, power and players playing like nothing else on the planet matters til the final whistle.

It's not a sustainable method of winning, but we just need to find three more of them I think.

After losing the ‘must win’ away at Burnley last year and still managing to stay up nothing is a must win until it’s mathematically so, I agree, but yeah it’s a huge game and definitely our most expected win from our remaining fixtures given form and our home record under Dyche so a win and a few favourable results elsewhere will definitely give me a pleasant four hour drive home hopefully listening to City batter Leicester on the way!

We should beat these easily, they’ve nothing to play for. But we also need the RS to do us a favour and turn over Leeds, so obviously that’s not going to happen…….

I couldn’t agree with that about Iwobi going good defensive work, he does miles of running back but stops just before it’s time to put a tackle in, bluff merchant, McNeil improved tremendously under Dyche, only thing he lacks is pace.

Overall Iwobi does quite a few good things but just as many, or more, cock ups.
Both of them help with the press is alot off thr ball keeping shape. I do want better out wide but atm think them two best for the team imo

Not sure about that although he would do less damage playing wide rather than playing central midfield where you have to fight to win the ball.

McNeil also lacks a functioning right foot.
