Only right to reward DCL with a start after his two goals last night and with Lookman, Richarlison and Bernard not fit/suspended, he seems to be the only option for there. Baines cost us the 3 points on Saturday IMO and Digne impressed last night.

As the transfer window will be shut by then, there will be no more distractions for Lookman and I think he will start, RB Leipzig are out of the champions league now, so can’t afford him.

If it’s not Lookman then hopefully Bernard gets the nod and gets at least 60 minutes.

Hoping for 3 points but it’s not a given, against Rotherham our back 4 made mistakes, against a premiership team those mistakes would be punished. We need to be at it from the first whistle, get an early goal and I think they will crumble

Ooh nice to see a bit of competition for places here.

Schneiderlin protects the CB's better than Gana, but dropping Davies would be harsh imo.
DCL making a claim with his goals as well, but Tosun has been good as a target man.

Nice problems to have for sure!

These are poor and in a few months time we'd be turning these over by a wide margin. But obvious that the team is still adapting (especially defensively) so a win of any description will do.

Extra points if we can do it with out conceding from a set-piece or going down to 10 men again...

Would imagine we will be back to virtually the same side as last week with Zoumaor Jags for Keane and probably Bernard in for Richarlison but we could easily play DCL out there instead. Should be snotting these whatever side we put out to be honest. If we do we can say that is a very solid start to the season and a good foundation to build from.
