Yeah I was picking between DCL and Dowell for there, I felt I would rather see if Dowell could perform there, which would help us in the future, we "know" DCL can perform there, so I thought it would be good to give Dowell a run in an "easier" game see if he could impose himself from an almost free role, switching with Iceland.
 
Playing a load of static through the tannoy system should see the GP faithful well up for this. On paper, a banker...which usually means an ‘Everton that’ episode is imminent. But Huddersfield are pretty bad, so combined with the tannoy subterfuge, i’ll plump for a 2-2 draw (both their goals from corners/set pieces)
 
Do we really need to play with 2 DMs, against a side like Huddersfield?

Sound reasoning. And that way we've got DCL on the bench for a 2nd half impact.
 
Looking forward to Zouma and Holgate at the back again plus Digne needs to be starting as it's an ideal type of game for him to make his first league start. Kenny done well yesterday but I'd definitely have Coleman back in again as captain. DCL deserves a start at left wing if Bernard and Lookman are both injured, would back him to score as well.
 
We beat these with a shambles of a side at home last season. The only thing stopping us is the big old ‘Everton that’ factor. Keep 11 on the pitch, no penalties given away, don’t make any errors akin to a Sunday league team and we win easily.
 

Would love to see Manning fit for this one, but if not then the Dream Team of Cenk, Handsome Jack and Wallers should have more than enough for Ramadan Sobhi and his boys.
