Made hard work of that

We need to be scoring more though, could've and should've got 4 there today

Chelsea, Arsenal and others are doing it....we need to

Better second half than first, not arsed about the performance because the result is all that matters, puts us back on track after the City defeat

We looked knackered today, but its another three points against a very difficult hull side. Mccarthy was MOM for me, hes been a revelation to me.

Bad miss from Kone, he does everything right untill the finish which he usually blows in spectacular fashion

Should have won 3-1 but this is everton and relaxing wins just dont exist. Kone A at least did the CF forward thing pretty well after the miss and was able to keep possession in Hull's half.

Very very good result though. I thought Hull played well today. Onward and upwards!

FT.

Very good win, not at our best by a long stretch and we looked pretty lethargic throughout, and hopefully that was just down to most of them being on international break this week.

MOTM a tossup between McCarthy & Coleman, provided the energy that we desperately needed at times. Slightly concerned about the way Barry faded as the game went on though, weird one that, although it was good to see Mirallas complete 90 minutes and Pienaar looking good when he came on. Kone really really should have buried that sitter, hopefully that won't completely kill his confidence.

Overall I'm pleased, especially considering Liverpool, Utd & Southampton could only manage a point today :)

To be fair Second half we were good, dictated the play and deserved to win, but it is fair to say they on attacking intent should have been leading at Half Time, good set of results onwards to Villa

Good bounce back from last time out, and lots of our players back from international. There are things to work on, but onwards and upwards.
