If this is true they are even lower than i thought. it was a blatant sending off and they are using the appeal rule knowing this. If true the FA should throw the book at them and then re look at the appeal rule as clubs are abusing it for the wrong reason.

Even if it gets sorted out before saturday - its a case of Liverpool appealing just for the sake of it, as they can get their keeper back for the Derby, and if not, it doesnt matter as Reina is back straight away.

Firstly its laughable that they appealed, laughable that they clearly have no faith in Jones, and laughable they they are worried about the match.

Agreed, they will be abusing a rule put in place to try and help wronged players and clubs. if they appeal knowing it was a straight red (it was). they are scum.

Jones is worse, he wasnt good at Middlesbrough, and you saw his nervousness against Blackburn.
