Don't want Cleverley playing. Type of game he'll go missing in and be dominated by the opposition. I hope Martinez mixes it up a bit like last week and adapts the tactics for what City are going to offer.

Actually glad they haven't got a big target man like Dzeko or Negredo. They always used to cause us more bother than Aguero (although he still seemed to score all the time). They've got class all over the pitch. Contrary to popular opinion I'd rather they did attack down their flanks because their four wide players aren't that good. I'd fancy Coleman to shut Raheem Wright Phillips down and Galloway will be hanging back anyway hopefully negating Navas. It's in the middle that they have world class quality. McCarthy needs to be in god like shutting down mode and hope that Toure used up all his long range belts the other night. Best tactic for us is Ross running off where Toure should be and trying to get Rom on the counter. Think whoever scores first wins.

Hopefully we will see a similar formation to last week against S'hampton. Need 3 in CM to avoid getting dominated there with 3 ahead of them, one of which should be Kone meaning Lukaku won't be isolated. They will dominate possession so if we set up properly we can hit them on the counter and get at least a point. COYB.

If there is any certainty in life I would say Cleverly and Barry playing in 30+ matches this season is about as bang on as you are going to get.

On a side note, really want Chelsea and Watford to get beat. Chelsea for obvious reasons. Watford because their fans need to learn a sense of proportion. Most of them seem to believe that they'll be pushing for a Europa place in their first season. Need them to go right back down.

Like to see use keep the ball today. City are a great side when they have the ball and dominate teams but rubbish without it going back towards their own goal. (although ya ya seems to be doing a bit more running this season, SHOCK!)
