There was definitely no game plan on show

You do have to ask yourself that for the most part he got lesser teams to better defensively than he's got this side. Says a lot to me about the players in the squad.

Our setup was awful in the midfield - just goes to show you without Gana how bad we are at getting the ball back and well, we are REALLY good at giving the ball away and just handing over position to teams. But what I cannot fathom is how we score to make it 3-1, and we just let them have the ball. There was not a single attempt to collectively take the ball back or put any pressure on them. There's a way to do that tactically without conceding a wide open counter every time, but apparently Sam is too stupid to know what that is. Then the sub of a striker for a DM...I mean, just...man.
