We were not poor and you are talking negative crap. I gave you the finger because I’m sick of the negativity.
Not negativity just calling what I see, we played poorly and so did city by their standards.
Better than Fulham but still a poor performance from us.

We've been bloody awful in plenty of games recently. This wasn't one of them. This is simply down to City being far, far better than us (and most teams) and playing with such a focussed attitude right now that it didn't really matter too much if we were at 100% tonight (which I agree we weren't.)
We were bloody awful.

Some comments here are hilarious. “City weren’t all that”... we actually made it very difficult for them to play. Thought the tactic was spot on. Some people on here will reject that because at times we’ve played the same way at other times but against much worse teams when I’d then agree that we should have been more attacking.
The Mahrez one was a brilliant strike. Sadly that third goal killed it. Thought we mostly worked really hard.
like everyone else though, I don’t want to see players laughing and joking after ANY loss

Well, I wasn’t expecting anything from the before it started, so I won’t pretend otherwise, but disappointed that we gifted them a couple of goals in the second half, as I didn’t think they were particularly anything special tonight and we were in the game up until they made it 2-1. After that, it just felt flat and Davies going off I think allowed them an easier ride in midfield, as perhaps shown in their third goal where Sigurdsson doesn’t track Silva, but ball watching instead.

Southampton, Burnley, Brighton and Palace coming up. Got to win all four or season over league wise.
Season will be over, we will be in the bottom half after those games, my confidence of Everton is starting to go back the the end of Silvas days here. Im just looking forward to summer so we can buy a few more decent players and get rid of some of the useless ones we have.
