We are absolute miles away from a decent team
We are so average. City didn’t get out of 2nd gear. Midfield doesn’t close down. James was more involved in 2 minutes than Siggy did all game and still gets picked.
Fed up with this team tbh
City can do that to every team in the league the way they are playing presently. Siggardson wont be playing on Saturday. I don't think Doucoure will be playing either. Allan Davies and Gomes starting. Hopefully DCL back maybe give king a start and play James too. Doucoure and Richy looked shot last 15 minutes.

It's okay. Give 'em a big thumbs up eh? Did us proud. They really tried didn't they?

They are awful. End of. Nothing wrong with what I've said. I've been feeling that way for a while. So much rotten there that needs cutting out. Walsh has killed us, the effects still being keenly felt.

we know mate. It’s going to take time

But we have been beat by the best team in the land

Results like tonight’s are not too bad compared to losing to West Ham, Newcastle and Fulham. That’s where the problem lies and why it’s worrying. If we are rebuilding you’d expect us to turn those over and take results like tonight on the chin. But we are not.....
For me the worst is that we just don’t seem up for the ‘lesser’ games and expect them to roll over for us. If we played like tonight every week I’d have no issue with the state of affairs.

Agree, not sure how saying how you see it deserves that. Surely there’s a positive to it in that you think we should be playing better.
Need to cut out mistakes, and take more.care of the ball.
Brain-dead runs from.iwobi, awful crossing from Iwobi and digne (obviously Digne normally excellent at crossing)

Another mistake by Pickford (arguably) mistakes by siggs (or laziness )

We could have played better

Sigurdsson is a good footballer, that's a given, but he cannot play DM. He covers a lot of ground in a game but he covers it at half speed. Davies had a good hour but I wonder if Carlo tells him at the start - "you've got an hour, run your bollocks off" Doucoure and Coleman both made some good tackles and interceptions but lost the ball straight away. James was a luxury we could not afford and showed why he wasn't on from the start. Carlo rolled the dice with him that a possible bit of magic might get a goal but it was never realistic after taking Iwobi off who moved the ball up the wing for us well in parts.
The defence conceded three but kept good concentration even after losing Mina so early.
They are a waaaay better team than us and its no shame in losing to them, unlike Fulham, Leeds and Newcastle.
