Ancelotti not worried, the fanbase is bricking it.... Our form is about as bad as it can get....

City (H) Lost 3-1
Fulham (H) Lost 2-0
Man Utd (A) Draw 3-3
Leeds (A) Win 2-1
Newcastle (H) Lost 2-0
Leicester (H) Drew 1-1
Wolves (A) Win 2-1
West Ham (H) Lost 1-0

2 wins in 8, scored 9 conceded 14, 8 points from 24 on offer. This Allardyce brand of football is not working, I cant wait till this season is finished. Starting to question CA TBH there is just no plan B, no way to try and find wins. Horror shows against Fulham, Newcastle, West Ham and Leeds at home shows his limitations. Those saying he cant manage a team without worlds class players or big budgets are being proven right at the moment.

We’ve been managed by seven people in five years.

But yeah, on to the next one.

I dont think they shoot enough either
Its the biggest problem we have going forward. The Foden goal tonight and the fulham second prove why we dont score enough, there was two shots which werent amazing, one gets a deflection and goes in and the other results in an open goal rebound. We never seem prepared to just take a chance on it

.
5 Points off 5th and 5 points off 11th. We are as close to the bottom half as we are a European place with the RS to come next....

Great time to be an Evertonian, all hail Carlo Ancelotti........ Made up with how this season is going.

Villa now have a game in hand are coming past as are Spurs and Arsenal who have stronger squads.

As long as its mathmatically possible were in the hunt. Seeing as its only 5 points its not delusion.

Its a bad patch thats all. We had a great start then a bad patch then another good spell then another bad patch. We will come good again and if we get a few good results we'll be back up there. If we get top 6 great if we get top 4 amazing.

It took man city 10 years to get here. It took klopp 5 to get the rs where they got. Last time we were at the level city played at tonight was 1987. It took fergie about 4 seasons to turn the mancs around after picking up big rons mess

I trust carlo ancellotti. And i understand it takes years to cultivate a regime that creates a culture of winning. Its the mans first full season he has brought in 4 players. Hes picking up the collective messes of fat sam silva koeman etc

Give the man a break.

Its like they need to take 5 touches first

Nah sack him, not good enough to manage the mighty Ev.

Im sure we’ll attract a whole host of top class managers. Just look at all the recent success we’ve had and the way we give our managers time. Who wouldn’t want to join us ?

No point getting worked up about tonight. Season ended against Fulham. Got absolutely no chance in the cup and our home form is [Poor language removed] embarrassing. Disappointing after the start we had but essentially it's another write off.

The one tonight that I could not believe was at 0-0 i think when Doucoure tried to cut one back to Richarlison. The outcomes of him shooting are either; shot of target, goalkeeper saves it to Richarlison or corner or he scores, just have a go.
Last week was the first time Bernard confidently gave it a finish first time and it turned out to be a winner so don't know why they don't do it more often.

I think top 6 is out of the question, especially after weve taken our annual Analfield defeat this weekend. Top 8 will be difficult with the games we have left and those teams we are playing are fighting for the same spots. Just my opinion........

You may be right and top 6 might be gone after recent weeks but after Saturday we will have played United, Leicester, Liverpool twice so as there races for the top 4 come to the end we are going to see them taking points off everyone around us. Sadly we have hit our bad patch both injuries wise and the fact we have played most of the 'in form' teams all at the same time (City, United, Leeds, Leicester) and its probably cost us.

Greater miracles have happened yet though, still a long way to go.

Not surprised about tonight, but feeling pretty downbeat about the team really. Getting fed up with our crap, passive defensive football and honest was hoping we’d at least have a go. Doesn’t help that the Fulham performance was one of the worst performances I’ve ever seen

CARLOS MOTD INTERVIEW

PEP MOTD INTERVIEW

We lost to a team who has the real life equivalent of cheat codes, not arsed.

Wont be overly arsed when we lose to Liverpool either, it’s losing to scabby teams that grates, especially when we don’t even play entertaining football against them

I Still wasn't over the Fulham performance before tonight tbh, and didn't expect anything from us Vs sitteh, so happy that we were in the game for an hour or so.

A little bit more effort noted from most of our royal blue heroes, and a bit more balance to the side than v Fulham, but I think the whole game plan went cock eyed when Weetabix Yezza went off crocked, and the dodgy subs started.

I hope I never see Sig play for us again, but hope died against Fulham - he's an absolute disgrace, and how Carlo continues to select/captain/leave him on for 90 mins truly baffles me.

Honestly, play anyone - Onyango, Delph, John Ebbrell ahead of the Icelandic fraud or just start with 10 - we would do better.

Simple question, what did Carlo do differently there to what fat Sam would have done? 29% possession, 3 attempts? City weren't outstanding, they were efficient. Carlo spent nearly 80 million and we still look pathetic going forward?

Wtf is going on? Not enough priority is being given to our offensive game and ball retention. Too much emphasis on being 'solid', which will win you nothing, and playing players like gylfi means we are basically starting with 10 players.
There is so much wrong with this post I wouldn’t even know how to make you understand how wrong it is
