If a player brings his arm out and leans into the ball then its a pen. I would say it was slightly lower than the upper arm rule.

Ref only booked VDB when a city player demanded it otherwise he was just going to let the game continue.

Continue to show that aggression and we won't go down but the CBs have to be better

i hate keane as much as the next man but today he saved us many times. We shouldv had a penalty and a draw was the best we could do.

The handball rule is pretty subjective and there are lots of incidents where you can argue either way buuuuut, with the exception of actually catching the thing, that was as blatant as you can get.
