2nd on the table. Normally I'd posit that against 'Boro we'd 'Everton that' it due to performance anxiety/pressure.
But this Koeman bloke has an air of 'no bottling on my watch' about him (the exact opposite to El Fraudo).
I remain quietly confident of either a 1-0 or 3-1 victory

Looking at their form and ours, they've Drew with West Brom and Stoke who we beat and they've beat Sunderland who we beat then got beat by Crystal palace, you'd have to have this down as a home win, we all know what that means don't we. Pffft.

Everton 6-0 Middlesbrough.

Everton 2 Middlesbrough 0 ......Lukaku , 18 minutes , David Armstrong own goal 66 minutes . Attendence 39,589 ( 8 more than the Stoke game due to the 5.30 kick off being convenient for John and his 7 mates who finished work at 4 )

I wish we could borrow Ranieri just for today to say: "We are in Second Place man. SECOND place. You are talking all this blah blah blah but we are in Champions League !"
