I thought most of the side was poor in the second half. A different side walked out. Mirallas was completely unaware, Pienaar and Baines forgot how to pass to each-other, Neville... oh wait.. Nevill was s**t in the first half too.

How about when Neville passed it straight to a Newcastle player just outside their box? GO AWAY PHIL!!!

He stood out for me, constantly giving it away in possession and either ruining attacks or putting in such a piss poor shot that he may as well have back heeled each chance.

I think people just instantly jump on the lads back if we draw/lose sometimes out of habit. He showed tonight he can cut it at this top level though.

Indeed, people need to just give up on the hating on Vic. He's a brilliant back up striker and really does have a classy finish on him. All he needs to do is sort out his pace and stop falling over.

We shall agree to disagree.... there was a point in the scond half where Mirallis was chasing down the ball between 3 players on his own whilst Vic stood with his hands on his hips... it was only when Mirallis bollocked him that he reacted. Not good enough for me sorry.

you're not being serious are you? a championship keeper would have saved both of his tame efforts. well done he won a few headers against someone who is a foot shorter than him. we should have killed that game in the first half. if jelavic hadn't have got injured in the 1st min, he could have had a couple to slot today. thought anichebe was great when he came on though, chased the ball everywhere and scored a great goal and was denied another bu a great save. all the officials were terrible though and without sounding like a kopite we were badly robbed
