If talking about the 2nd goal then it looks to me as if it was an underhit pass from Doucs and Myko caught flat footed

Think Tarkowski looked like he might come across to pass it back to Pickford, but left it to Mykolenko, who really should have took charge to clear it.

Doucoure should've been passing back to Pickford as well.
