I never thought I’d question Carlo but I don’t get his selection choices at all. Or his substitutions. I’m gutted we’re so poor. Davies is limited but he would be in my starting 11 every game. That’s due to having such a poor squad but he should play. Gomes shouldn’t be anywhere near the match day squad.

Eton Dom is great isn't he?...such a lovely lad. And I like Concrete's new hard-man persona. Iceland seems to worked on his sprinting and Baldy up front really looks like he wants to be here. Our manager, Barney, has done wonders with the team.

Completely Overrated, team, manager and everyone else involved.
Yet again outbattled, and tactically worked out by so called lesser teams and coaches.
Absolutely nothing has changed from previous managers except we’re somehow not allowed to question this manager due to his past success.

We will sign a couple of decent players but it will not be what we need, we will use the excuse again of having so much dead wood that we can’t buy all the players we need.

That’s what they produce when they’re actually playing for something. Terrible performance.

First half was awful tactically.

Defensive line sits so deep.

We seem absolutely unable to produce much or anything clear cut.

Apparently Wolves were shocking today so that should be an easy one in the next game.

First half we totally lost the midfield battle. We improved when Siggy came on I thought. Doucoure still doesn't seem 100%

....I just knew after The Hawthorns that we’d get beat. There’s no logic to it, there’s no justification in it but the two seem inextricably linked. I’m old, these things seem to happen.

Go on the individual player threads and rightly criticise who you want. Go on the Ancelotti thread & criticise as much as you want. There is no defence of a performance like that. If there’s a MoM poll, I’ll vote for Pickford as he seemed to care.

There is something rotten within this club. Managers and players come and go but the spinelessness stays the same.
