Not comfortable as of yet. We have got to stop allowing them to play.

Its no surprise really they played the exact same way the last two times we played them. I do think we have seen a lot more of the ball than we did in those other games so that’s an improvement.

We can’t really handle that in your face pressing game. We are being a bit more direct but not really being precise when we get it up field.

Yes, but you can have control while also playing to your strengths.
Feel this is the flaw with a diamond shape - it restricts the movement of the midfielders and relies on the full-backs to get the width. We haven’t really got that so patient build up only goes so far

Those calling it a poor performance should perhaps revisit a) some of our recent horror shows and b) watch us generally in the last year. A couple of freak games aside we don't do dominating front foot football and haven't for quite some time.

Yes as the 1. It's honestly probably the best spot for him so long as we can pass it into him and not make him drop deep to find the ball.
