I don't agree at all that there was no pressure on us in the Derby. There is pressure in every game. We haven't played well against teams we should be beating. Don't think that's pressure myself. It's a poor attitude. For me that's totally different.

Er. Mixed on that. I dont like the term teams we should be beating. I dont think personaly we are good enough to approach any game like that. Some of the games we have lost hasnt been soley down to attitude. But more we just were not good enough. We have to be right on it with both. We tend to struggle at home because we have to open up our game and play. And thats where we fall short. Coz we are not good enough at that right now. Tuck in away from home, fine. Show us what you're made of at home. Struggled.

We should be beating Newcastle and Fulham if we play well with the right attitude.
We didn't do either in those games.

I'd be thrilled with a 1-0 win.

We're really not so good that we can expect to win ANY Premier League game, even at home. Especially at home.

Don't say you weren't warned. These players are simply not to be trusted. Pressure off in the derby, great show. Pressure on now again to beat "a team we should be beating", normal service resumed. Seen it way too many times before.
We can usually figure out if we are at it 5 mins into match. What we don't want here is the slow start. Nil all without much effort until 70 mins and then they score and we suddenly up the tempo. We need to be at it from first second. Coleman went chasing liverpool players down 5 seconds into the derby like a mad man. It set the tone. Similar here and we will win. Slack off with a slow start like has happened numerous times and its goodnight .

Just hope we don't lose our heads because of their high press. Can't be a night where 90% of our passing is between the back four because we can't break through midfield. If we get after them early I think we'll beat them handily. Optimistically looking for 2-0 result tonight.

Fulham played us off the park. Id say we chased a lot. Put in effort. But had nothing in terms of guile to go back at them. When you string four central midfielders across the park then you're gona struggle to create.
Again, digging in away and having to be the more creative at home has been the biggest issue this season. Its like two different systems. The latter being a massive problem.
Lets see tonight. I'll just take any win at home now.

The team picked against Fulham didn't help.
On paper would you have the Fulham squad or ours ? Anyway the original point was about preforming under pressure. Which I say we do but not always.

Isnt just about the squad. We can look so unbalanced is the point. When we're asking a central midfielder with no pace to take on a fullback and provide crosses is it any wonder. Fulham had natural width no matter what we think of its quality. We had iwobi on the bench but may aswell ask next doors cat to put a cross in.
Im praying we buy some decent width in the summer. It could be a massive huge difference.
