A sentence ending in a conjunction was confusing enough, but maybe I should clarify. By saying 'not make head or tale' I was recognising what you were trying to do but gently chiding the weakness of the attempt.
And also I'd rather you were just hostile on the whole than use pal in a passive aggressive way. So thank you for the input. Mate.

Well, what is there to say? The team has been brilliant in a handful of games this season and I, for one, am hoping that the
