This match maybe a little frustrating but I don't think SOTON has a shot on goal this half. So we are something good.
 

Im not sure what match you're watching but in the first half Mccarthy was regularly further ahead of him. He was dropping back into a defensive midfielders position all the time. Also moved out wide and generally roamed all over the place...hence why he was tired.
And Rooney does that too. He's trying to get involved in the game and make us less predictable in the process. Players rigidity keeping to their predictions has been a problem. We need more goals from McCarthy.
