Right I like Gordon and he’s showing a lot of promise as well as DCL but il mention a few moments people will chose not to mention as they have there favourites etc ....... Gordon gave possession away which led to there goal, then played a poor ball through to digne who was acres of space with the goal gaping, Also I’m sure this won’t get a mention .....DAVIES played a lovely ball to DCL which he totally fluffed ( if it was richarlison it would of been a goal)

Yes, I agree. It does not worry me. However, what worries me is that I can not see a clear plan for how CA wants us to play - apart from playing compact defensively.

It would have been great to practice how he wants us to play during this period. In comparison, Arteta has already put his DNA on Arsenal, and it is quite clear what they are practicing. So the results do not bother me, but how we play.

Great point sverre. We look decent defensively, absolutely clueless going forward. Carlo has had plenty of time to sort out our offensive patterns and drills. I.can't see any evidence of that. Offensively, we look no different to when silva or fat Sam were here. Someone tell me how we've improved offensively under carlo?

Totally agree, it’s worrying. Big Duncs tactics of constant pressing and long ball looked better, it’s like watch alladyce at the moment

It was embarrassing being outplayed by Southampton in the first half. We were the unlucky ones though. The shove on Gordon in the box was more of a foul than they were given a penalty for and that was clearly a sending off for Bednarek in a world where the rules aren't made up as we go along.

It's not just an Everton thing but I'm amazed how many players can go through year's of training at specialist academies and not be able to pass a ball. Our players must think they're in a 90's videogame where you can pass right through a player.

In the final ten minutes we were losing challenges that were 60-40 in our favour. I can only imagine the player's don't want or don't believe they'll be here next season. You have the opportunity to play under a living legend of a football manager and you show no effort. This must be the most spineless Everton squad of my lifetime.

I wish we had a squad full of players with the desire and work rate of Richarlison. He was my MOTM. Digne and Gordon also played well.

Only thing is.......we have next season to look forward to. God help us.

Now the question is......can Ancelotti change anything. Or will he just plod on changing nothing......trying nothing new.......no plan B.......or C. Will he be just like the clowns before him. Make no real difference.

Just for me gordon get a pass as hasnt got the experience of first team football so will make mistakes. Davies did play a good ball just dont kno what else he offered during the game he has to do more
