Yes they are, my point is, a good manager can get the most out of average players though, be it through motivation, coaching, tactically etc. If the payers are at fault, a good Manager will have a word, change things, do whatever he thinks might improve them.
 

Agree with you, but the trend is there for extra protection of the defence.

I don't like it either, but that's the reasoning behind it.

Which would be great if they protected the defence.

I think it works for some teams who have got 4 outstanding players in positions further forward. The likes of Arsenal spring to mind in that respect.
 

Our players are doubleb up and yet literaly no one from our team is making a move. That's pathetic, can't believe what I'm watching :laugh:

We're looking worse than Hull City.
