It's up to the Manager to get the most from them players though, motivation, tactical and coaching. All on the Manager. He just looks like he hasn't a clue, watching him on the touch line, he just doesn't seem to get into it, I'd like to see off his seat shouting and screaming, instructing. He's doesn't seem to be the most inspirational, can't really imagine him giving a rousing, passionate HT team talk.
