You never know, but with Besic and Gibson why aren't they starting Barry

ive just got the feeling Martinez is lost at what to do, there must be something in the contracts of some of the players, as Howard,Barry start every game no matter what, I even think when Jags is back it wouldn't be a bad idea giving stones a rest as he's no better than Mori at the moment.

You mustn't have watched many games .....Barry has been outstanding this season, and even though Lukaku was unplayable today, everyone around me felt Barry was MOM.

How. Frustrating.

I thought Stones looked fatigued from the get-go, he's been carrying an extreme amount of responsibility this season and is still developing so an imperfection like this was eventually inevitable. One poor game from the man and we concede 4 - so imagine how many we'd be conceding week in week out if he was n/a - he is not "overated" as some are alluding to.

Watching Tim Howard is cringe-worthy. We must get a keeper in January because we can't expect to do anything this year with a back 5 like ours. Jags coming back isn't going to miraculously solve all problems. Roberto Martinez, our manager that resembles a backbone-less private schoolboy, should have shown faith in Cleverly and played him for 90. Conversely i think the Kone inclusion worked well even though he squandered a few opportunities.

Bottom line: I feel the only reason Martinez isn't under an immense amount of pressure if the fact that we are still in the league cup. If that avenue to silverware wasn't still available then all of these poor results would trigger an uproar - from fans and players alike. He can try and charm us all he wants, but Evertonians are hustlers and you cant hustler a hustler, we call bs a mile away. And at the moment this is smelling a lot like bs.
