Everton v Stoke City

This one isnt as straight forward as a lot of people think Stoke are a point behind us and played a lot of top teams already, there style of play has changed a lot they are a danger going forward and tough to break down - our saving grace may be that Pulis doesnt seem to know his best team or system at the moment and their form has dipped of late. A good solid team though.

Thinking this could be a draw and would be made up with a win.

Tad harsh

True, I think MG was trying to make a rallying call more than anything.

His later comment that we should have the quality in the squad to put your boys away (at home not at the Brit) is probably how most of us feel deep down. Not ****ging your boys at all but our aspirations for the season are different and if ours are going to come true we should be beating mid table teams at home.

I used to have a dim view of Stoke from a Blue who lives in Newcastle (the real one as he calls it) but that has been totally turned around. The fact that you are aiming to be top half in May is a testiment to the excellent manangement and progress you've made.

Good luck for the season but I still think 3-1 to us if you play 442.

We'll find this really difficult. To be fair, right now I wouldn't be too upset if we only managed a draw..

I would be because it would slow down the momentum we have going. With plenty of points looking achievable with games against Wolves (h) and Bolton (a) before we play Villa at home and West Ham away it will allow us to not win at Old Stratford yet still be in the top six.

2-0 to us I reckon, maybe 3. We must win these games against smaller clubs or we're just pissin' in the wind if we want to challenge the top 4.

Must win, c'mon you blues.

You think we are going to be challenging for the top 4 and yet you dont think we can beat a team like frigging Stoke at Home?? I mean come on, its bloody Stoke.......

definatly a potentual banana skin with hibbo in central defence, there manager would of watched the bate game and i think they`ll try testing hibbo. its all down to the awareness of the hole team tho, even if they knock 3 past us we could easally hit 4 past them with saha back.
