I would have been gutted if we'd lost but I was still not happy with the standard of the football. There were good moments, but a lot of the passing, loss of possession and defending, especially at corners was poor.

You'll rarely hear me finding fault with Everton, but that's what a hundred and twenty minutes of stress can do to you. COYB.

Not a good attitude mate, I have been told off for saying similar. Come and join me in the re-education corner

Keane has just had a couple of iffy games. In terms of the goals, Gylfi did a poor job marking Sanchez, Mina mis controlled for the Lamela goal and Doucoure lost Kane for their 4th. Keane has never been great with players running at him which they were able to do a lot of in the first half as we were a bit sloppy.

It's just blip for him and I'm sure he'll be back on it for Fulham.

I also didn't think Godfrey have a great game today. He doesn't look that comfortable at right back.

Great result though and so good to see us not crumble for once!

Think it was Mina who lost Kane for their 4th? Kane's movement is very clever, just unsettles the defender's centre of gravity at the crucial time, which buys him that space.

Agree I think Godfrey struggled positionally (can you blame him, must be quite disorientating playing a different position every week) but his defending in one on ones and recovery is something to behold.

I actually don't think Keane can be solely blamed for any of the goals (even if he did call for DCL to duck for the first goal, why wouldn't you head it away anyway?) but nonetheless he didn't exactly ooze calmness. Everyone has a bad game though, this certainly isn't a 'Keane out' post by any means.

Have we got a winning mentality now? And if not a winning mentality, a refusal to accept defeat? Exciting to witness isn't it?! Not very Everton, that's for sure...
