And there goes the Fulham game as we have tired legs playing extra time and players injured.

You had one job Everton win or lose in the 90 minutes.

Lost DCL to injury and probably thrown the Fulham game all to probably go out tonight on pens tossers.
I never get people saying stuff like that myself, extra 30mins wont effect a game nearly a whole 4 days later to me, Lewin happened in the 90 so that could happen any game-we have less time from Fulham game to City

This is what football is really about. Absolute melts who have converted their mother's attic room into a "studio" so they can spend all week filming themselves taking uninformed, inane chuff about the tactical implications of deploying a trequartista as part of a gegenpressing approach, only to then turn into potty-mouthed 14 year-old wannabe gangsters when they lose. Arsenal fan tv is still my favourite, but they're all delicious.
Is there an Everton one of these?

I just dont think the squad is good enough to win a cup at present mate and top 4 is wide open which if we can crack Europe will help sort our FFP sitiation and allow us to properly back Carlo this summer to rebuild the squad with quality.

If DCL is out for a long period then it puts massive pressure on an already thin squad on multiple fronts.

I get it some will disagree and think we have as much chance as anyone so agree to disagree and lets wait and see at the seasons end where we are at...

The extra 30 makes a difference. Having worked for two football clubs, one of which enough contact with their physios/performance specialists, players go into a redzone of 'risking injury'.. So while they may be ok Saturday, they are more likely to be fatigued and to pick up more injuries.

We will feel the effects come 70 mins on Saturday when we have no rotation options. Winning without James and Allan last night was huge, both could come abck in Saturday and be massive.

maybe, but we are playing sunday night which as said is nearly a full 4 days later after game, but i think the easy thing for people is to use the ET as a excuse for not playing well the game after we have played ET myself if we play bad,

Fantastic stuff.

It is an easy excuse yeah but it's a valid one at times too. Didnt realise we play Sunday rather than Saturday. An extra day will help us but after Leeds, United and Spurs in 7 days, with an extra 30mins in a very, very high intensity game (all three were high intensity) I expect us to be a bit tired against Fulham.

As I say, hopefully Allan and James will provide plenty of freshness for it.

Add King and Gomes and possibly Delph that's 5 fresh legs to play
