Refereeing is not an easy task, especially in the cash infused world we play in where players will do anything to gain any advantage. Richarlison goes down more often than Monica Lewinski, its part of his game. However if referees continue to not give anything then it ceases to be worth it and he'll either stay on his feet more often or we will find someone who can. VAR is a complete woft. We are simply left arguing the VAR decision as opposed to arguing the ref's decision. The ref should be allowed to go to the touchline and view the incident on a screen then confirm any decision, if suggested by the remote official. Thats it!
agree that referees have a difficult job. But when you see Brighton get a penalty last week for nothing . And we get nothing for two blatant fouls on Richarlson. And a fairly clear hand ball. That's three mistakes by the referee and var.
Clear bloody mistakes.
Hard job or not. Three mistakes is just incompetence by the officals.
And not to mention the decisions in recent matches. Minas goal being ruled against WHU a few weeks back...........We could be relegated by VAR. And of course our poor football. VAR and Silva could finally do for us.....

I have been saying it for ages now...its just downright embarassing but doesnt show any signs of improving sadly

Part of the modern game look at what Mane and Salah do and get away with week after week I'm surprised they are able to walk after some of their theatrics, half the time they are not even touched.

This is where we fall short again, Silva should come out about how Richarlison is not getting what he deserves and plant it in the refs mind. Klopp and Pep do stuff like this to benefit them.

Richarlison is worse than Deulofeu for over acting now.
Silva is bereft of ideas and wouldn't have the tenacity to stand up to the authorities , he has outstayed his welcome and should go now.

My point being that we are no better off with VAR than we were without it.

to be honest this sounds much better than what I actually thought had happened yesterday.

I thought he had a compound break , where the bone comes out of the leg , mainly due to the reaction of the players but also because of the sky cameras were a bit late to realise what had happened and showed an awful angle of his foot.

allthough aobv a serious injury , i dont think its anywhere near as bad as what might have happened.

eitherway one of our main players will be out for the rest of the season and will have a lengthy recovey period.

all the best AG .. hope to see you bossing it again soon
