Note sure how he is going to cope, particularly when the Red gets turned over and he is denied a few weeks off work to get over it.

The appeal is now a case of, if its turned over it's wasn't your fault lad and if it's kept it's saying it was your fault, and Son is so nice 100% it's turned over just to show the lovable guy that it's not his fault.

Getting sick of this love in with Son. The way the media, pundits and ex players are going on about it you'd think Son was the most hard done by person last night. Proper [Poor language removed] house revenge tackle sprinted 30 yards to make a tackle from behind 100% at fault.

He is a little snide rat and should be banned for 10+ games. He intentionally went to injure another player, and is guilty of potentially ruining another professionals career.

That was a silly, undeserved red card. As was Gibson's who got one in the same match, for an almost identical challenge.

So another nail on the VAR then, whole crew of referees cannot make a correct decision even by watching it over and over again and somehow still get to keep their jobs.

See if you turn on the waterworks then make a big fuss about how nice someone is then you get what you want don’t you? Let’s just ignore the fact that regardless of the tackle on Gomes he should’ve received a yellow card earlier for simulation so the Gomes tackle would’ve been a second yellow anyway.
