It’s because we care mate and here is the place to vent. It’s not trying to be edgy at all.

we have every right to comment as much as you do, be it good or bad.

it doesn’t help when the football we have been watching for 2/3rds of the season is on par horrific as with anything we saw under Kendall mkIII, Mike Walker, Walter Smith, Marco Silva, Koeman and Gravy man.
But it's not compulsory to watch.
If people don't want to that's their choice.
But not sure they need to share it.
And then some of them will be the most critical after.

Kopite in work said “Looking forward to Jurassic Park tonight?”

I replied “Wha?”

“Everton vs Spurs, battle of the dinosaur managers”

I said “mate u have literally just been pumped by Madrid and your fans have thrown rocks at a team bus again, u need better material than that.”

he wasn’t impressed

Working tonight, so whatever bits I do see I'll be sober. Which means I won't be able to erase it from memory quite so easily.

That said, these are the kind of games where Carlo has a plan so I'm curiously optimistic. 2-1 Blues. It's about time we scored from a set-piece.

Let’s just get this defeat done so we don’t have to worry about travelling abroad next season with all the Covid restrictions

Feel like we’ll win this. We’ve beaten them twice this season so there’s no reason for us to be ultra negative.

As long as Allan and James are fit we can put out 2/3 of a passable midfield. The Doucoure injury really has screwed us this season though.

Our performances have been very poor since December. We have scrapped the odd win without impressing and have been very negative in the majority of matches. Tonight will be another reality check for those who think we are good enough for europe.

I believe the majority of our players currently dont work hard enough and dont have that real winning mentality to finish in European places and a good 4 or 5 starting positions are easily up for grabs next season.

For me it's a spurs win tonight. Not being negative just being realistic. Bit more quality going forward.

Injuries and recent poo results have piddled on me chips in the enthusiasm stakes, but as always I'm ever hopeful of Everton shocking me, turning up and winning tonight.

Win or loose, I'm on the booze!

Arriba los caramelos!

Fully entitled to give the view point that we are bang out of form and not playing well. When the tactics are to go and hold for a draw against Brighton and hove Albion by hoping to score from a long digne throw in evertonians have the right to say they are disappointed and not happy.

All I would say is that whilst there’s been some disappointing results I thought we were unlucky against Burnley and Palace. The results weren’t good enough but we could have easily won both games. We were in utter control of the Burnley game until a Tom Davies error then two wonder finishes. Similarly Palace we should have easily won. We didn’t though and that’s on us but I don’t think we are as bad as some are making out. Wouldn’t surprise me in the least if we beat Spurs.

It would not surprise me if this ends up a draw to carry on the sequence of results Everton have been having recently
Loss 2, won 3, lost 3, drew 3 if we draw this spurs game [last one of those defeats if city cup game]

Ancelotti on Spurs

It will be an open game. They need points and we need points. They could score but we could score also.
It is unpredictable to say what could happen but when the chips are down they are [Poor language removed].
