Kopite in work said “Looking forward to Jurassic Park tonight?”

I replied “Wha?”

“Everton vs Spurs, battle of the dinosaur managers”

I said “mate u have literally just been pumped by Madrid and your fans have thrown rocks at a team bus again, u need better material than that.”

he wasn’t impressed
His manager is a velociraptor.

As for tonight we have to start King we need as much threat on the counter as we can muster, Kane and Son worry me.

Pickford / Olsen (don’t really care)
Coleman
Keane
Godfrey
Digne
Allan
Gomes
Davies
Rodriguez
Richarlison
King

If he is fit then start king ffs Carlo. Give him a chance man instead of bloody iwobi.
Agree utterly pointless signing if he isn't getting a game when Dom is out.

False 9, Diamond anyone?

Pickford

Coleman Keane Godfrey Digne

Allan

Gomes Davies

Rodriguez
King...................................................... Richarlison

Defo wont be this.........

I'd play two in net, a flat back 6 with two holding in front, with Richy lone striker

Pickford
Olsen
Coleman - Holdgate - Keane - Mina - Godfrey - Digne
Davies - Allan
Richy

1-0 us UTFT

Have a similar feeling for this as I do when I stumble across a horror film on tv. I don't really want to watch, but I probably will, and then I'll have bad dreams afterwards.

Tottenham must be as big a disappointment to it's supporters as Everton have been to us and there's not much to go on.

I have hope, but no expectation.

My fragile mental health (20% caused by Everton) will just not allow me to watch this. I'm taking my son out so we can freeze our bollocks off LRF fishing on Middleton Pier in Hartlepool. He'll be dropshotting using Isome and I'll be chucking some Gulp sandworms about using a 4g jig head. Possibly 5g if there's a breeze. In blissful ignorance.

Working tonight, so whatever bits I do see I'll be sober. Which means I won't be able to erase it from memory quite so easily.

That said, these are the kind of games where Carlo has a plan so I'm curiously optimistic. 2-1 Blues. It's about time we scored from a set-piece.
And kept Richarlison away from the free kicks this time...!
