A matter of opinion Frank. I think this whole season is transition, I also think it would be counter productive to consider yet another managerial change just at the moment. Another manager another clear out, no continuity. He has to be given, at least, the full season unless he looks like relegating us.

Not happy, just realistic. Changing manager after manager gives no time to develop a squad, or a system. To say nothing of the money it is costing, see compensation for Martinez, Koeman and Allardyce, . Did you see us in Kendall’s early days? I am glad he got a bit of time.

I went and googled him as you pointed out that silva is a greek league winner.

greek league winners are perfectably acceptable to have as Everton manager, it seems to hold a lot of credibility.

so R Lucescu should obviously be at the foerfront of our next managerial search

But basically you are saying sack Silva and appoint someone who is "doing well" and presumably as soon as they aren't doing well you would sack them and be back at square one.
IMO any manager should be given at least 3 full seasons to see if they can start "doing well"
I have no doubt that had you been in charge Howard Kendall would have been sacked long before he started "doing well"

Silva was “doing well” at Olympiakos not too long ago...
