Clueless - yeah, I remember thinking that that feller on the sideline at Wembley, who masterminded his backwater club's victory over one of the most talented teams in England to win a trophy, looked a bit of a clown. It's a pity Moyes wasn't a clown, unfortunately he was a 'great success' who won the square root of **** all in 11 years of trying.

I could,nt give a fook about moyes so your going the wrong road on that one fella.

Hopefully the fella can a win a PL football match soon..it,s not much to fookin ask is it !

Mind you did you see our pitch on sat stop us from playing although the sprinkler system was fooking magnificent.

Dislike, nah he,s just fookin clueless since he arrived here 5 months ago.

Lets see how we get on at Cardiff.

Still waiting for your answer to the last question you posed mate, this, the fact you've stated other things as facts and backed out of elaborating/providing any proof, and that you're patently ignoring anybody else's input to discussions (like the refuting of your '5 month' propaganda (presumably)), makes it quite difficult for me at least to take anything you say seriously.
Sorry.

Mate, just ask yourself this: Were we unlucky not to win yesterday and against Norwich?

Don't give me any of the ''a good performances isn't 3 points'' stuff please. Just answer my question truthfully.

 Made me laugh.

Cool your heels and give it time. This feller hasn't been brought in from the Business House League. It needs to bed in.

Kin ell mate, you must plant potato seeds on a Monday and start shaking your fist that there's no spuds there for chips on Tuesday.

It,s not fooking rocket science is it. When you have all the possession in the wrong areas of the pitch and then play tippy tappy till we loose the ball it all adds up to one thing.

What's that one thing? 65% possession? 20 shots on goal? Hitting the woodwork twice? MOTM performance from their goalie?

What match were you even watching?

Sorry.

numbers not your strong point is it..need some help. It was only 4 deals like of which Kone represented the biggest deal of which we put down 1.5m. I think it was 600K for roubles, a loan fee for the barca kid and a free for the bird man.

I think you will find it was the square root of fook all which was really the point of the question-_>New Manager given fookin pennys.

We have a squad that finished in the top 6, having added 4 players, for the most amount of net spend we've had in years.

Lets take 10th as mid table. You think we should be finishing below the likes of Stoke? Liverpool? West Brom? Swansea? Do me a favour, we are miles better than those sides, stop talking us down.

How are we miles better than Liverpool? I´m sorry, but we aren´t.

We will see at cardiff, fella

Dont tell Timak that, he'll be heartbroken.

On your point: we have to allow this man time in getting in a core of his own players. It used to be said that that's the only legitimate time you could pass judgement on any new manager...still holds true for me. He's inherited a solid group of players but who are a bit ponderous and he must want a bit more zip about our play that maybe only a few can adapt to, so he'll have to bide his time. I do take your argument on Stones/Barkley, who are quality and a blank sheet of paper for him to work on to expedite progress. We should be happy with top half this season and a good showing in the cups. As long as he looks like he's built a platform by next April/May then that is the target as far as I'm concerned and I'd look seriously at him achieving European qualification in season two. That is the only rational way of coming at this new manager.

I agree. I think we need to give players time too. I've said before that no one from Jelavic, Kone, Naismith or Mirallas has spent 2 full seasons with us yet. Anichebe has had a patchy career to date and youngsters like Barkley and Vellios only have about a dozen appearances each. It took Van Persie something like 5 seasons at Arsenal to really show what he could do.

I'd imagine that Martinez still wants to add an attacking player so that we're not solely reliant on Barkley as our playmaker. As good as he is, if we play him every game he'll be burnt out soon after Christmas. Gomez and Maloney were really comfortable on the ball for him at Wigan, whereas Fellaini and Osman don't move it about quickly enough for us. Hopefully he'll be able to pick someone up who can thread balls through to Jelavic and Mirallas and who isn't afraid to shoot. Once we get that I don't think we'll be too far off.
