I'd like to see:

Howard
Coleman Jags Distin Baines
Arteta Neville Pienaar
Beckford Cahill Yakubu

Yes, it's bold, brave and a big change. But the existing lineup is none of those things.

Spot on. It would make a change for us to pose the opposition problems rather than sending out a team not to lose (resulting in too many draws). It would be more productive points wise to win two and lose one, and dare I say it, more entertaining! I would like to be off my seat throughout the game, not the last ten minutes.

Never gonna happen tho...How can we all see it but Moyes cannot...

I'm sure he can see it, but his cautious nature always seems to win. By the way, as we are being bold and brave, I would play Rodwell instead of Neville. Rumour has it that he's destined to be a future England captain, not we are likely to find out with his arse warming the bench (injuries aside).

He's only 19....Beckham was in his twenties before he really started getting a shout, I wouldn't worry just yet on that.....He'll start regulary before too long if all goes well! Hopefully tomorrow =)

I'm a firm believer that if you are good enough, you are old enough, players with his ability should be first picks, regardless of age, and don't forget although he's only 19 he's been in and out of the first team for two years and will only become a better player by playing more regularly. I'm usually good at making bold statements at the wrong time so cue a Rodwell own goal and a red card on Saturday (if he gets on!)

Ha, hopefully not. I'm a believer in that too...injuries and having Arteta, Cahill, Fellaini, Pienaar, Heitinga etc in your way hasn't helped. He could potentially eclipse all of those...here's hoping!

What people seem to forget, is that drawing 3 and remaining "undefeated" is the same as winning one and losing 2. That puts it into perspective for me, to be honest.

If you're drawing, you've got more to gain (2 points) than you have to lose (1 point), so it would be nice to see us show some balls before the 82nd minute.

Dont think there will be any changes to the starting line up.Would love to see the following but cant see it happening

Howard
Coleman Jags Distin Baines

Arteta Neville Piennar
Cahill
Becks Yak

Anyone but Saha upfront, he couldn't hit a barn door at the moment. Beckford, Steve Round or even the kit man, I'd react the same.

I'd like to see one of these:

4-5-1

---------------Howard------------
Coleman----Jagielka--Distin----Baines
Bily-----Rodwell---Arteta------Pienaar
--------------Cahill----------------
-------------Yakubu---------------

Or if we go for a change of formation:

4-4-2

---------------Howard------------
Coleman----Jagielka--Distin----Baines
Bily------Rodwell-----Cahill----Pienaar
---------Beckford---Yakubu---------

I think Bily deserves a chance against West Brom, they are [Poor language removed] and it's a game we ought to be winning even if we don't turn up. He has a good record shooting from distance, and putting him out wide on the right allows him to cut inside onto hism left boot, and this sort of shot is something we are missing a lot of at the moment. It would also give Coleman the opportunity to run beyond, in a similar way to what Pienaar does for Baines.

Arteta, perhaps controversially, should be dropped, he might be our best paid and probably best player, but he hasn't turned up recently so Moyes needs to stand up and recognise that he hasn't played well recently. Heitinga has been the same, he's been disappointing for whatever reason, if he's still recovering from the World Cup, then rest him, if his head is in the wrong place, then he doesn't deserve to start.

Cahill needs to play, he's been our only consistent goalscorer thus far, and has probably been in our top 3 players this season, so he deserves his starting place.
I'd like to see a combination of Yakubu and Beckford in attack, when they have played togerther they have looked quite dangerous, especially with the Yak's somewhat suprising ability to play a through ball for Beckford to run onto. After he got his goal, Beckford has started looking a lot more confident, and more like the striker he was at Leeds, and I'm willing to give him a chance, as long as he has a striking partner, who is not Louis Saha or Cahill.

I'd also like to see Anichebe on the bench and come on later in the game, to give the West Brom defence a bit of a run around.

I'm feeling optimistic right now.

Although I fully expect all optimism to be eradicated by 2:45 tomorrow, when the lineup's announced.

Id have your first lineup there but replace bily for vic. I know he,s only just back but play him for the first hour, let him use his physicality and direct running to hurt the baggies then replace him.
