Typical old Everton, awful performance and get beat by a fluke.
The Ref was awful, he gave us nothing, corner, Mina gets done for banging to to a player. West Ham free kick, 1 minute later, West Ham player buts Davies, Free kick to West Ham

TBH the ref was the best man on the pitch.....

Moment that summed up the match was DCL in the right back position trying to win the ball back.
All that talk about his goal scoring being improved by not moving from the penalty box and hes having to consistently come deep to get involved.

Well that was abysmal. We were outfought and ponderous at best and horrific at wordt on the ball. It showed up out squad for how thin it is too. Bringing Tosun on to get a goal is pointless. Bernard and Sig we're chronic and Richy wasn't much better I would have tried him down the middle it was easy for West Ham.

Both team worked hard. We have too many players who just can't create. They pass the ball sideways and back. And struggle to pass it forward. Osman got it right. Slow, safe and predictable
I'm mad too. Carlo said this team will have ups and downs. In other words some of the players are not good enough!!

It was a half arsed performance. They're given a free pass in life, all the money they won't even need in their life and couldn't be arsed to try for 90mins.

THAT'S what people are mostly annoyed about. If they put the effort in and it was an 'off day' then that's what it would be put down to. It's sheer complacency and a severe lack of effort.

Yeah I agree WH were very well organised. Fair play to them but Coleman was not good. Great servant to the club but he’s nowhere near the player he used to be.

We all have been saying for a while we need a RB. Hope it happens asap

Just really poor from a quality perspective. We looked solid still, which is progress from the intial part of the season where we were so open, but literally nothing of quality across any of our forward line today.

Felt for DCL, he had less than nothing to go on. Richarlison had his worst game in a blue shirt for me, every time he tried something, even basic stuff, he would lose the ball. Just one of those days I'm afraid but given the rest we've just had we've really shot ourselves in the foot today.

Hamez back is great news creatively, Digne not too far away but today really reinforced how badly we need another quality attacker. Tosun again featuring. Ideally we need a player who can cover those top 3 positions. A rb wouldn't go amiss either. It's still a work in progress, we are going to have these blips until the squad is better rounded.

Yes we did and that level of performance was poor against a team that hasn’t won all season.

If you had said we would get 12 points from the last 5 games you would have been laughed at.
If you had said we would get 12 points from those games and still feel gutted, you would have been sectioned.
How we respond to this defeat will define our season. The next 2 league games are crucial.

Our last NYD win at Goodison was 1990 v Luton, after today we have now lost 5 and drew 1 from 6 from games on NYD at Goodison

I don't think that's fair. Both teams worked hard, that's why they cancelled each other out.
