lol ! Deluded fan , but don’t worry we have the same kind of deluded fans also . We didn’t play defensive today , I take it you are a arm chair supporter who’s listened on the radio. Both defences today were poor and goals literally could have gone either way in the first half . If you are going to reply to a comment I make , at least make sure you have a clue what your talking about . Well done for your win , you deserved it in the end .
I thought you played very open and it was a good game. I don’t see the point though in coming on here intent to wind people up. You lost, safe trip home. You’ll finish around 11th and enjoy some European trips. Nothing more to be seen here

Your support was shocking , how do you let another team come to your ground and out sing you? especially when your a goal up the majority of the match . You made more noise last season when we beat you 3-1 . Anyway good luck for the rest of the season and hopefully your fans get more behind the team in the returning fixture . UTW
Fecking great lad...ya won the "singing contest trophy" did ya? lol lol lol

If you compare our start to corresponding fixtures last year.

We pulled 5 points more off Wolves and Watford, than last season.

Today was a lot more rounded. Wolves were bad, but i think our attacking output was a lot of that.

Few thoughts from the game.

Gomes did really well in my eyes, controlled the ball well and second half especially didn't lose possession when coming from the back.

Calvert lewen looks like a lower league striker even now. He came on and had a few great touches near the box that just went back to a wolves player. They are the moments he needs to be dictating, instead he contributed nothing to the attack.

Defensively we looked decent for the most part. Ok the second goal was easy but when they out us under pressure we seemed to not only deal with it but bring the ball out as well, which was impressive.

Made up with the win today. Keane frightens the life out of me, and I hope we look to get a suitable replacement in at some point. Besides his goals, Richarilson is still getting my back up. I managed to watch him closely the whole 2nd half from the Bullens, and I cant believe how lazy he can be. His movement off the ball is crap. He loses the ball too much and keeps on with his sulky moods. Not sure what's up with him this season, but he doesn't look like he wants to be here half the time. Can't deny his goals, and there's a great player in there, but this attitude he has really needs working on.

A satisfying and well deserved win. The scoreline isn't representative of our superiority today.

Two headed goals in two starts for Iwobi, I hadn't realised we'd signed a target man! Delph and Richarlison stood out but there were plenty of good performances on show.

We've shown a better in game mentality in our most recent two performances. Things not going out way when playing well would've seen head's drop in many of our sides of recent years.

Wasn't impressed with Wolf's's'... The ref gave them free reign to pull our players back throughout. They should've had more cards. It effected our ability to get in behind them for most of the second half.

It was notable that when we attacked with pace for prolonged periods they struggled to cope. I hope that was noted internally.

Pleased with the performance and win.

And from a 'City' whose claimants rate is a around 35% higher than Liverpool (july 2019), how stupid can you be

Haha brilliant, just shows how thick they actually are, people in their own families will be on the dole yet let's throw the old 80s southern sun reading shouts out about Scousers not working, pathetic mentality from a pathetic club

Oh dear, with English grammar like that you certainly aren’t sounding very educated . No need to be bitter , you won today. We were shocking defensively today as were Everton, do not let a win cloud your judgement . We won’t be disappearing anytime soon either . I would haven taken a loss today if it meant we qualified for the European group stages as I already stated on this thread before the match . We will regroup and improve and hopefully Everton do the same . Will post again on the return fixture , just as I did last season , good luck and all the best till we meet again .

Yes you were shocking, now do one Tory boy

I went with gylfi today - he was everywhere - pressing their goalkeeper, tracking back to defend and made some very telling crosses. Best I've seen him play for quite a while. No doubt richy will win cos of his goals but for me hes still got his sulky head on & I think he can still work harder on the pitch. Thought delph was great - calming everyone down, gomes fought for every ball, iwobi looks a real threat & bernard caused them real problems when he came on. Good performance & great to have the 3 points.
