Is Everton the hardest managerial job in football, I really believe it is. I really can’t think of a manager that could make us decent. Someone like Dyche perhaps could steady the ship and could possibly then get us on the up. Some mentioned we would be doomed, Poch imo would be one of them we are that difficult to manage.

I think Mike Walker may have been fractionally before my time (I've barely processed the benny-boy era); but even still, as much as I like Lamps and would very much like to see him succeed here, the numbers speak for themselves. He has a LOT of work to do and little time to do it.

If that’s the case then there’s no backing him. It all comes down to results for me. Same as it has with managers in the past.

No he really shouldn’t have got the job, but them 2 would struggle big time here. It’s weird but we sort of need a manager that will scare the squad into playing to win Dyche for example perhaps could do that, so it’s not so much of a good manager we need as Howe and Potter are good, but we need a strong character.
