Villa are a very different proposition attacking wise than Brentford. Villa have more sophistication in their attack.

The reason we've done well against Brentford even in the last 2 seasosns is that they're direct, and we have defenders who'll cope with that better than they will a savvy forward like Watkins and players like Buendia and Coutinho.

Horses for courses. We'll beat them in front of a packed Goodison.

It was the way you just dismissed them as a nothing mid table side. I hope absolutely nobody at Everton has that approach.

We need to do the same against these as we did against Forrest in the first half. Pressure them, take our chances and get ahead. We have to start keeping pressure on though. Why do we sit back when we go ahead, as if that it job done. Keep the pressure up for the full 90 minutes, with and without the ball.

The longest unbeaten run in the Premier League currently.

I think they ought to let him play, but with the condition he wears diving boots, just like Doucoure often seems to wear.
Ivan Toney - you have been convicted of a serious offence. You will spend the rest of your playing days with Everton FC and may god have mercy on your soul.

These are currently on a 12 game unbeaten run.

We messed up badly not getting more than 1 point from the last 2 games.
Away to the league leaders, and away to a team that has only lost at home once all season? How many points did you expect?

It's really not the last 2 games that has been the issue

Fail to win on Saturday and we are then faced with having to take at least 2 points from the upcoming run against Chelsea (A) Man United (A) and Spurs(H) and even then we could find ourselves cut adrift.
