It did from the normal tv camera but from the reply it was a huge deflection

Good work out tonight I thought. We have played 2 decent possession teams (ones that we hope to aspire to ) with scratch teams. Besic looks impressive so far and Browning looks like he will be getting some playing time this season as he looks a good prospect. It is confirmed that Naismith is not a striker but someone to play behind a striker but think he will be just an impact sub for majority of season. Our movement off the ball does not look great to me but I hope it comes with time. Gibbo put in a good shift and Ross started to show what we know about him. Duffy looks useful to me but cannot see him getting much playing time. If we sharpen up and play the ball quicker and have players finding space to receive the passes then we will be a force to be reckoned with. Squad not as strong as I thought it would be and we desperately need another striker.
 
I have watched it a few times now and I think it's Barkley's assist. It's irrelevant anyway. We would all want him to get many more assists but surely nobody is stupid enough to ignore the great talent that he is. 6 goals is a great return for a lad of his age breaking into the Premier league. Some of his play has been excellent and he genuinely gets Evertonians, well most, off their seats in anticipation of something special.

naismith and osman will only be barkley's backup for ACM and rightly so.

There is practically no difference between 433 and 4231.

I agree that they look like a great three central players I just think it will be in a very fluid formation.

P.s. We're not getting Atsu.

4-3-3 has extra body in the middle so can dominate the centre more, 4-2-3-1 has two deep lying players who by pass the middle of the field in a way by feeding the three attackers behind the striker.
