If Beckford's goal against Chelsea last term doesn't bring him confidence, I don't know what would.

Probably couldnt have come at a worse time though, last game of the season. Couldnt build any momentum and hes had the whole summer thinking hes Billy Big Bollocks

I notice we're selectively picking the last 5 years for Arteta and not the 1 goal per season that he got in the two years before that. I have his record as 26 goals in 159 league games for us, so about 1 in 6. Cahill is 54 goals in 194 league games, which works out as a goal every 3.5 games. Ossie is 29 in 218, so 1 in 7.5. Average that out over a season and Tim would score about 11. Mikel would get 6 and Leon would get 5. As I said, Cahill will score as many as the other two combined.

Mucha is some shot stopper.

Sadly he won't play for us in the league unless Howard gets injured. It's a shame because he's a full international and clearly a quality keeper, so he's wasted on the bench.

GET PONTIUS IN!! he makes me forget about Moutinho, Hazard, Manny and n'zogbia

Edit: Not really, but could be a solid player, as could Brek Shea of FC dallas

Not too shabby considering the heat and the pre-season v. mid-season fitness. Think everyone expected some fading in the second half.

Another solid stop by Mucha (and another good piece of work by that Pontius).
