All done well mate. Kone survived 90 minutes and played well.
His sheer presence, finally being fit and being available for selection is enough for him to be competition though. Yes its only one game, his first start but after missing months of his career through injury and dealing with the mental challenge of sitting on the sidelines for so long, I think its only fair to say he is determined to make up for lost time and get his career back on track. That determination was evident tonight.My lack of understanding?

Kone's ongoing performances will determine if he is competition or not. His mere existence is not enough by itself.
