Should have been playing against ten men for twenty minutes and that decision to let them take that free kick out of position and on the run showed just how much of an utter joke Atkinson was on the day.

Barkley should probably have been sent of for a second yellow when he dived. We were lucky there.

Really frustrating, Atkinson was a joke. Surprised Gibson didn't come on given the positive impact he had on Monday and the lack of creativity from our midfield.

Can't really complain given the defence we had out, but disappointed we didn't create anything when they were there for the taking in the second half.

Another derby and another below par performance.

We NEVER play at our best in this game and so I guess a draw is the best we can ever hope for. I've resigned myself to the fact that I will never see us beat that lot ever again.

Result and refereeing performance aside, I thought that was a pretty good game from us.

Shambles defending corners but we bossed them in midfield and could/should have scored 3 or 4.

Fair result in the end. Slightly disappointed we didn't pin them back a bit more in the second half but they defended well and made it difficult for us to get any attacking rhythm going.

Everyone played well enough, stand out performances from Jags, Lukaku and Mori. Real shame we lacked that bit of quality to create a few more chances in the second half but I really think that's down to decent defensive play from them rather than us.
